The software that is suggested to be used is called PhoenixCard it is needed for usage in flashing the android roms to your MicroSD Card.
Unfortunately you will have to use windows to run the application, or use virtualbox to run windows from or perhaps emulate with wine.
The Orange Pi Developers have stated not to use TF Formatter or the Win32 Disk Imager for the android roms when flashing for Orange Pi.
